Our home design experts will work hand in hand with your architect, or other design specialists, during the planning stage of your new home.

We have developed a simple four phase process to plan and design your home project.

Phase One

In the first phase a Home Genius design consultant will meet with you to first determine your specific needs. We will discuss the various products and/or systems available to accomplish your goals, view your room plans/layout, and answer any initial questions you may have. If you are building a new home this would be the ideal time to discuss structured wiring. structured wiring is used to connect all the systems in the home to a central distribution panel. Wiring an existing home is possible but other options, such as wireless solutions, are available.

Phase2

The second phase is the design and estimating phase. This can be as simple as advising you on the right products for your needs and training you to use them. However, our services can be as elaborate as designing a detailed plan of your home project. At this time, we will provide various product choices and explain how they are best suited for you. All plans and drawings generated by Home Genius will be provided to you and archived on our site for future reference.

Phase 3

The third phase is the installation phase. Once the final plan is agreed upon, we will install the products and other interior options you have chosen.

Phase 4

The final phase is what sets Home Genius apart from the rest. That is the service after the sale. Home Genius will show you how easy it is to enjoy these wonderful new additions to your home. A simple training process will cover all the products you have selected and answer all your questions.
